🧠 Digital Products (Instant Downloads)

All digital products — including printable activities, learning packs, and downloadable tools — are non‑refundable. Because these items are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we’re unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on digital purchases. If you experience any issues accessing your files, please contact us and we’ll make sure you receive your download.

📦 Physical Products

We accept returns on eligible physical items within 15 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

Unused
In its original packaging
In the same condition you received it

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send the item. Items sent back without approval cannot be accepted.
